Edition, Art and Graphic Direction for the art and fashion magazine Clank! Nº2
Clank! was born out of the need of two professionals, the photographer Juan Manuel Macarro and the multidisciplinar space Maant Studio . They want to explore new creative fields, to get out of the traditional editorial esquema, exploring all kinds of artistic disciplines.
This number is dedicated to magic, as an homage to the feeling that creating this magazine produces.
Inspired by the “grimorios” (old magic books) it’s divided in 3 chapters: origin, life and end. The “occult” concept go through all the content using different resources like UV tints, overlays, gradients, folded pages and hidden elements.
