Edition, Art and Graphic Direction for the art and fashion magazine Clank! Nº2
Clank! was born out of the need of two professionals, the photographer Juan Manuel Macarro and the multidisciplinar space Maant Studio . They want to explore new creative fields, to get out of the traditional editorial esquema, exploring all kinds of artistic disciplines.
This first issue is dedicated to the Land of the Rising Sun, as a symbol that something new has been born.
The editorial identity is based on the balance / tension between a number of concept that japanese culture ofer us: Tradition – Modernity; Minimalism – Overproduction; Responsibility – Irreverence. We work with a solid structure but breaking schemes at every step.
